My name is Berch and I'm so thankful you found this page.  Over the past two decades of my life and ministry, I’ve had the privilege of writing and recording music, building healthy teams and mentoring church leaders (pastoral and musical) all within my local church. It’s been the joy of my life to plant my gifts in the soil of the my church and watch God bring fruit through seasons of faithfulness and growth. In this next season, God has given me the courage to release to the world what He’s been cultivating in me - not only through music, but through preaching, coaching, and consulting. I’m passionate about helping worship leaders and church teams thrive - building healthy culture, developing strong leadership, and creating spaces where people encounter the presence of God. Through new songs, new sermons, team-building across the country, and developing resources that equip the local church, my mission is simple: to serve the Body of Christ and strengthen those who serve within it.​BPJ
